If we change the year, we want to be better versions of ourselves, the people we know we should be. We don’t even remember the goals we set last year, but this year we are 100% sure that it will be different.

Over a decade ago, my aunt shared a few words that continue to determine how I structure my daily schedule and schedules: time is your most valuable currency. If not, find another way to contact your customers. And if you can’t remove them together, try making them more efficient.
