Little by little, the reopening of personal economic activities in the country begins. With the orange epidemiological traffic light, many companies have the option of opening their doors with established hygiene measures such as customer service only by appointment.
In this context, Facebook presented the “Appointment Reservation” option for the business pages. This feature allows customers to select the day and time when they want to receive the service.
With this tool, companies can do the following for free:
Accept online appointments.
Send reminders to customers via messenger or SMS (also free of charge).
Customize the company’s service menu.
Send the reservation to the customer’s calendar.

“Having this opportunity on a company’s Facebook page offers customers an attractive and convenient experience because they can schedule their appointment without having to call or send a message and can reduce unexpected cancellations thanks to reminders. The appointment booking tool is free, all companies on Facebook have free access to it, “says Adriana Peón, industry leader at Facebook Mexico.
