The creator of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, will attend Labitconf 2020. Cryptocurrency pioneers such as Anthony Di Iorio, Charlie Shrem, Adam Back, Peter McCormack, Erik Voorhees and Brock Pierce are also on the list of speakers. This was reported to Cointelegraph en Español by the organizers.
Labitconf will take place from December 7th to 12th, 2020. This time it takes place in virtual format. In addition to the presence of Vitalik Buterin, Blockstream co-founder Adam Back is on the list of speakers; the moderator of the podcasts “What Bitcoin Did” and “Defiance”, Peter McCormack; Erik Voorhees, ShapeShift CEO; and CMO LocalBitcoins, including Jukka Blomberg.
Also planned is an “Oldies but Goodies” panel with early crypto pioneers, including Anthony Di Iorio, co-founder of Ethereum; the founder of the Bitcoin Foundation, Charlie Shrem; and the former independent candidate for the United States presidency, Brock Pierce.
“We are delighted to have these industry leaders and crypto pioneers leading our event,” said Rodolfo Andragnes, general coordinator of Labitconf.
“Our attendees can gain valuable insights into the blockchain journey to see into their future,” he later added.
The event will examine the impact of cryptocurrencies in Latin America and the global scene as well as their potential for social and financial transformation in a unique and free digital experience.
