Tpaga is a mobile wallet and has launched the cash withdrawal service at Biomax gas stations in Colombia. This was reported by Colombia Fintech on July 12th.
The article published by Colombia Fintech states: “After Tpaga enabled payment of fuel through the Tpaga wallet at 53 Biomax and Brío service stations, Tpaga decides to expand its range of services through a pilot cash withdrawal project in collaboration with these brands“”
“The new pilot is designed to allow funds to be withdrawn from some gas stations across the country, primarily to favor freight drivers from large companies such as TCC and Packen, who are currently having their pay slips, bonuses and daily rates via their Tpaga wallet,” they added.
Andrés Gutierrez, CEO of Tpaga, said:
“Enabling payment at gas stations is a big step in our search for a complete ecosystem for our users. Thanks to this alliance, thousands of people not only have more points available, they can also count on the money in a longer schedule, which is typical of the service provided by Biomax. “
It is estimated that Tpaga in Colombia has around 200,000 users and more than 8,000 points to withdraw cash.
