Gender equality is an issue that affects all of us and even when we are at home we still need to support it. The first edition of the forum entitled “The Gap #NoEsNormal” will take place on May 30th at 9:30 am to make this problem visible in the workplace.

The event is organized by MIA Co-Growing, Cold Press News and the Women’s Ambassador’s Forum, platforms that focus on promoting gender equality and empowering women.

This initiative will bring together more than 20 inspiring voices that will use conversations, interviews, music, and standing up to raise awareness of the obstacles that limit development and opportunities for women to advance their careers.
