Today, August 24th, the 2020-2021 school year begins with distance learning so that preschool, elementary, secondary and high school students can receive their classes through the main open television channels in the country.

With the input of analog blackout and digital terrestrial television (DTT), television channels can program more content on their grill. Can’t find the channel you want your kids to take lessons on? You have to do that.

The Ministry of Public Education (SEP) published a Video with which you can program your TV so that you can see all channels. These are the steps.

  1. Press the “Menu” button on the remote control.
  2. Select “Installation” or “Configuration”.
  3. Select “Channel Search” or something similar.
  4. Select “Auto Search” or “Set New Channels”.
  5. Wait for the receiver to give a signal and search for all available channels.

Timetables

For the information of the parents, the following hours are allocated through the above channels:

Eleven girls and boys: Channel 11.2 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Televisa: 5.2 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
TV Azteca: 7.30pm to 10.30pm
TV picture: 3.2 from 1.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Heraldo Tv: 10.2 for Mexico City from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

The program is broadcast from Monday to Friday
