When it comes to helping others and getting ahead, Mexicans make the impossible possible. How can we help the country to get ahead? Surely you have many ideas. That is why Corona calls you to participate in Ideas for our Mexico.

It is a call to the creative community to propose ideas that solve the current and future challenges derived from this contingency, divided into four verticals: health, economy, basic and social basket.

The best ideas will be supported by Corona through the corporate venturing firm BlueBox . The winners will have financial support to develop the idea, mentoring and workshops of the Bluebox team and online access to an entrepreneurship program at the Latin American level.

Anyone can participate. The call is already open and closes on April 24 . The first step is to record your data, accompanied by a video of no more than a minute and a half in which you tell how your idea would solve a problem aligned to one of the four pillars. Find the full call here .

The four pillars

There are four verticals of the program:

Health. Ideas for solutions around the health sector that help in the prevention or action against the pandemic: How to help stop the spread of the contagion? How to raise awareness about new habits that help us prevent infection?

Feeding. Ideas for the vulnerable population to have access to basic basket goods, who due to the contingency have seen their access to this resource limited.

Economy. Ideas to help revive the economy of business / people affected by the contingency situation who have been forced to close their doors or decrease their income.

Social. Ideas that help to have a positive impact on society, bringing people closer, helping to combat social isolation and get ahead together once we return to normal.

The ideas will be chosen by a jury made up of a technical team of specialists, who will be in charge of evaluating each of the proposals. The objective is that the selected proposal can be implemented in the shortest possible time and with it it will be added to the development of the country.

  • The first selected will be defined from April 27 to May 4, when four high-impact ideas will be chosen.
  • From May 5 to 11, those selected will have a week to lay out the final project and a feasibility analysis to go to the final stage.
  • From May 15 to June 15 the idea will be ready to help as a prototype.
