Profeco published the list of special flexibility conditions for the coronavirus pandemic that brands have for you.

The health emergency caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus around the world has caused large airlines around the world to cancel routes and flights. This may be a problem for traveling entrepreneurs, but the Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office (Profeco) published the temporary flexibility conditions for passengers who want to change or cancel their flights.

Depending on the date your tickets were purchased, these are the actions with which the airlines can support you:

Do not forget to review the policies of each airline on its website, but if your rights are violated, Profeco recommends you enter # Conciliaexprés at telefonodelconsumidor.gob.mx or go directly to their modules at national airports.

The Office of the Attorney General also makes the Consumer's Telephone number available to you (55 5568 8722).
