The UK registers another 1,000 cases of full-scale student protests over discrimination in their classes

The UK government this Sunday confirmed more than 1,000 new cases of coronavirus daily in a day when students took to the streets of London and other parts of the country to protest against an electronic adaptation of exams that students are using the has discriminated against lower grades.

The 1,040 cases this Sunday add to a total of 318,484 infections and five new deaths have been confirmed, bringing the total death toll to 41,366.

Meanwhile, hundreds of students across the country have called for Education Secretary Gavin Williamson to step down on a computer program that has completed students’ grades as tests have been suspended due to the pandemic.

This program, which is based on the recommendations of the teachers, calculated the grades three grades below the average of some students if one counts the years of education of the previous years.
