The UK government confirmed another 539 deaths and 5,600 positive coronavirus deaths on the last day this Thursday, increasing the overall balance since the pandemic started to 30,615 deaths and more than 206,000 people infected.

He also pointed out that 86,583 tests were run on the last day, about 17,000 more than the previous day, but targeting 100,000 daily tests, which London has not achieved for the past five consecutive days.
