In Spain, Puertos del Estado Indra has awarded the development of a project called “Simple”. It is a Spanish national logistics platform that integrates information on the activities of freight transport and logistics. This was reported in Merca2.
As explained in the Merca2 article, the new technological platform will be developed within 30 months. “It is funded by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and will extend the current national sea window of state ports to all modes of transport and agents in the logistics chain,” they said.

“In this way it will help to ensure the transparency and inviolability of transactions for both national and international flows of goods entering, leaving or flowing through Spanish ports or by land transport, both by road and rail,” says it in the publication.
