MADRID, Nov. 26 (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Caracas Courthouse on Monday prevented several European and Latin American diplomats from witnessing the trial against Venezuelan opponent Juan Requesens, as reported by his father, Juan Guillermo Requesens, and reflects the newspaper 'El Nacional'.
These were diplomats from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil who waited five hours to be able to enter the session and finally were not allowed.
The trial was postponed this Monday until December 2 at 11.00 (local time). The reason given by the judge in charge of the lawyers of the opponent, who will be tried for homicide qualified in degree of frustration due to his alleged participation in the attempted assassination against the president, Nicolás Maduro, is the impossibility of transferring the accused to the Palace of Justice.
