Currently, Mexicans spend 50 hours or more in their offices a week, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). “Due to the long hours of work and the stress generated by living in a city, fatigue increases. That is why it is necessary for companies to take care of the health of their employees through comfortable furniture, ”says the manager.
According to the OECD, the commitment of workers can increase up to four times when they are in an adequate environment to carry out their daily activities. In this way, there is an emotional salary that translates into loyalty and performance.
