The Special Justice for Peace (JEP) accused Colombian prosecutors and the United States on Tuesday of denying evidence in the case of former chief of the Extinct Revolutionary Forces of Colombia (FARC) Seuxis Paucias Hernández, aka Jesús Santrich ‘, who was refused extradition to the United States in 2019 after the same court found there was no clear evidence that the crimes he was accused of were committed after the peace accords were signed in 2016.
