The heads of state and government are closing 2020 with pacts on the European fund and the climate, but Brexit is about to break

The last summit of the year of the heads of state and government of the European Union reached important agreements on economic and climate issues thanks to the pact that unlocks the municipal budget and the recovery fund as well as the new target of reducing emissions. But it has also helped to check whether a Brexit without a trade deal between Brussels and London is becoming more and more likely.
