The coronavirus pandemic leaves more than 365,000 dead and affects around six million infections

The new coronavirus pandemic, which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan, has left more than 365,000 deaths and more than 5.9 million infected people worldwide, with the United States and Brazil leading the overall number of infections and daily, according to the latest Johns Hopkins University.

According to data updated this Saturday at 8:15 a.m., the global coronavirus balance is 5,930,096 million cases and 365,015 deaths in 188 countries and areas.

The total number of people recovered is now close to 2.5 million (2,495,645 layoffs), with both countries at the top of the list: the United States with 406,446 people healed, followed by Brazil with 189,476 rescued patients and Germany with 164,245.

The United States remains the country most affected by the pandemic, again approaching 25,000 positive results a day. In the last 24 hours, 24,266 cases have been registered, 1.74 million infected and 102,836 deaths.
