The coronavirus pandemic leaves more than 333,000 dead and more than 5.1 million cases worldwide

The new coronavirus pandemic originating in the Chinese city of Wuhan has left more than 333,000 deaths and more than 5.1 million infected worldwide. In the United States, more than 25,000 cases have occurred in the last 24 hours. Johns Hopkins University’s latest record.

According to data updated this Friday at 9:30 a.m., the global coronavirus balance is 5,106,886 cases and 333,001 deaths in 188 countries and areas.

The total number of people recovered rises to 1.95 million, with the United States topping the list, with 298,418 people cured, followed by Germany with 158,427 rescued patients and Spain with 150,376.

The United States remains the most affected country by the pandemic, adding 25,300 more cases in the past 24 hours, for a total of 1.57 million people infected and 94,702 deaths.
