The Special Investigative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Colombia has revealed that former President Álvaro Uribe was aware of the irregularities committed by his former lawyer Diego Cadena and authorized him to enter into dialogue with the witness and former paramilitary Carlos Enrique Vélez Ramírez speaks good about the now Senator from the Democratic Center in the Supreme Court for Money.
