In Spain, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has warned of several companies that are not registered in the relevant register and offer investment services without authorization. This was reported by Expansión on May 4th.
According to the Expansión publication The CNV has issued warnings about unauthorized companies called Affort Projects S.A. (247globaltrade.com), Smart Trade and Investment Ltd. (coin2fx.com/es/), Immediate Edge Bot (es.immediateedgebot.com/), Royal Banc (royalbanc.io/es/) and Bitcoin Billion Club (Bitcoin billion) -club.oom / en /).
Other companies that have not been authorized and the CNMV warned against These are: BTC-Billionaire (en.btc-billionaire.com/), The Market Master (en.themarketmaster.live/), Bitcoin Storm (bitcoin-storm.com/es/), GWD Forestry SL (gwdforestry.com) and Tim Bluesky Consulting SL.
As you can see, Some of the entities listed use the word Bitcoin in their name (the most famous cryptocurrency in the world).
