This year the main axis of the South American Business Forum ( SABF ) will be “ Navigating in uncertainty ” an approach that will allow participants to begin to consider how to move in a constantly changing and increasingly complex world. The event will be held in Argentina on July 30, 31 and August 1 and those selected will enjoy a scholarship that covers all their expenses during the three days of the conference.
The SABF is a non-profit initiative created in 2004 by students of the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires , which is attended annually by 100 university students from around the world and 40 current leaders from various fields to discuss topics of global relevance and exchange opinions and experiences
In this way, relationships between the participants are also generated in order to contribute to the sustainable development of the region and the world.
During the three days of the event, the participants first seek to internalize the issues and interact with the main speakers, among which are Félix Peña (Director of the ICBC Foundation International Trade Institute), Rick Dow (Principal in The DOJO Group) and Rob Britton (AirLearn Director and part of the marketing team that helped rebuild the American Airlines brand after the attacks of September 11, 2001). Subsequently, interactive workshops are held, to put into action, materialize and discuss the topics and finally conclusions are sought and dynamic activities are carried out to strengthen the bonds and relationships created.
To be selected, students must write an essay related to the proposed topics, showing their opinion, and possible innovative ways to act on them and meet the following conditions:
Be a regular undergraduate or graduate student, or have finished studies in 2019 or 2020
Born after January 1, 1994.
