The Argentine judiciary is prosecuting former senior Macri security officials for illegal espionage
The Federal Chamber of La Plata confirmed the criminal prosecution of the former director of the Federal Intelligence Service (AFI) of Argentina, Gustavo Arribas, and his “number two”, Silvia Majdalani, who held their positions during the term of office of the former President Mauricio Macri (2015) -2019), because of illegal espionage by the Instituto Patria and the house of the current Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
