Ten security forces killed in Taliban attacks in Afghanistan

According to the authorities, at least 10 members of the Afghan security forces have been killed in attacks by the Taliban in various parts of the country.

The Nangarhar (East) provincial government said at least six police officers were killed and five injured in an insurgent attack on Tuesday in Pachiragam district.

It was suggested that the Taliban attacked several checkpoints in the region before adding that “three Taliban died and two were wounded in the attack,” without the group having made an initial statement on the matter.
