The Tecnológico de Monterrey has advanced three positions and is listening loudly. Among the top five universities for entrepreneurship The Princeton Review: Top Undergraduate Schools for ship Ranking 2021, published by The Princeton Review and Magazine.
The evaluators published the results of the fifteenth annual survey of the names of the top 50 schools to run entrepreneurship programs in undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Tecnológico de Monterrey is the only university outside the US participating in this assessment. In this issue, she ranked fifth at undergraduate level Michigan alongside institutions like the University of Houston, Babson College, Brigham Young University, and the University of Houston among others.
Since 2016, the institution has occupied the first 25 places in the ranking and placed the first year in step 23, then in place 17 and later in place 14. In 2019, it will be included in the top 10 and will be ranked 8th by 2020 and 5th for the 2021 edition.

This is one of the most prestigious university rankings in the US, according to the website Universities in the USA and one of the few to rate entrepreneurship in more than 300 North American universities in a special way.

In this section, Tecnológico de Monterrey has maintained a very competitive level with the 5 best universities, including for offering 80 subjects related to entrepreneurship.
Students and teachers
This year, more than 1,000 professors from Tecnológico de Monterrey taught at least one class on entrepreneurship, 91% of which started, bought, sold or ran a business. In terms of students, the percentage saw a significant increase from 72% to 95% of students in entrepreneurship programs developing business projects. Among the graduates of the Tecnológico de Monterrey there are more than 1,500 companies that have gone through an entrepreneurial process within the ecosystem in the last ten years.
Activities outside of the classroom
This section analyzes data on the activities of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and this year in particular, it takes into account the efforts of universities to support the entrepreneurship community in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Tecnológico de Monterrey, support for student entrepreneurship has increased significantly in recent years. There is strong student participation in major competitions organized by global organizations and institutions like the Hult Prize, sponsored by the United Nations and former US President Bill Clinton, where the Rutopia project took 1st place and a million dollars.
For more than 75 years, Tecnológico de Monterrey has promoted entrepreneurship among 300,000 graduates. One of his biggest entrepreneurship initiatives is INCmty, an annual festival that inspires, connects and gives tools to innovative entrepreneurs from Mexico and Latin America. In its 8th edition, INCmty had more than 10,000 participants through 322 activities in virtual format. The USA, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Spain, Ireland, Panama, Bolivia and El Salvador are among the most participating countries this year.
