South Korea warns of a recovery in coronavirus cases in the country by adding 62 new infections
South Korea drew attention to the recovery in coronavirus cases this Sunday by adding 62 new infections, increasing the total number of positives in the country to 12,715, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in South Korea (KCDC).
The country is trying to cope with the increase in registered group infections by easing the measures taken against the pandemic. Most confirmed cases this month have occurred in the Seoul metropolitan area.
These infections have been linked to two churches in the capital. First, a woman’s case was discovered last Wednesday in Wangsung Church in the Gwanak district in southwest Seoul. After that there were 21 more cases among the faithful of the Church.

According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, 1,700 religious and 100 family members were tested for a corona virus to prevent the spread of infections.
