EL CAIRO, Nov. 19 (Reuters / EP) –
Several explosions have shaken Tuesday around the airport of Damascus, the Syrian capital, according to information from the state television network.
Although the nature of the explosions is unknown, they would have taken place after Israel's air defense systems intercepted four projectiles from Syrian territory, as reported by the Israeli Army.
“There have been four launches from Syrian territory to Israel, which have been intercepted by air defense systems,” said the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). “There have been no damages in Israeli communities,” they clarify.
