We are entering Phase 2 of the epidemiological protocol in Mexico , that is, the special contingency where we will use social distancing to hinder the advance of the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak. This means that everyone who can, must work from home.
However, one of the problems we have when doing home office is that we move less. Whether it is because we don't go down to eat, we don't stop in the office bathroom or we stop to talk with colleagues, when we work at home we simply move less.
