In communication with local Venezuelan media, the chain’s general manager for Venezuela mentioned that he accepts cryptocurrencies as a means of payment comes from the idea that “the consumer is of vital importance to us”. Add that “Pizza Hut today cannot be detached from these technological advances and all the incorporations of new approaches or daily life that people carry out”.
The restaurant chain accepts with Cryptobuyer Pay Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, BNB, Ether, the stablecoins Tether and DAI and XPT, the native token of the Cryptobuyer exchange.
Further payment options with cryptocurrencies

Pizza Hut joins the list of chains like Burger King, which also operates Cryptobuyer Pay to accept payments in cryptocurrency, and Church’s Chicken, which accepts payments in the Dash cryptocurrency.
Likewise, Cryptobuyer itself will deliver VISA cards in Venezuela that can be topped up with cryptocurrencies and can be used at all merchants that accept payments from the world’s most popular payment processor. The company announced this card in early November and is still keeping the waiting lists open.
