The Mi Oxxo platform gives users the option to place their home orders for most of the products sold in the established store. While this service is not new, since a pilot started this May in some locations in Mexico City, it has been able to access various neighborhoods and businesses such as: State of Mexico, Villahermosa and Querétaro.

The competition for purchases made first Oxxo, the chain with the largest number of sales outlets in Mexico, finds its way among consumers with mioxxo.com.

There are only a few select products for home use, although they make up the majority. Oxxo’s service is only available in some parts of the city, but plans to expand.

Deliveries are made by motorcycle and cover a radius of three kilometers. Products such as canned food, drinks, snacks and pharmacy items are offered.

All you have to do is go to the site, register with an e-mail and offer a postcode for delivery. Then the desired products are selected and the payment method selected, which ranges from bank cards to cash, and you select the delivery address.

Oxxo currently has 19,000 633 stores across the country and quarterly sales are 45,000 478 million pesos, up from 135,000 247 Walmart of Mexico and Central America, the famous supermarket wants to grow this year.
