Friends, be very careful with online purchases. That just happened to us. We bought an iPhone SE from @searsmexico Today the package arrived and this is what came in (no kidding!). The only answer they give is for you to send an email to do the investigation.@Profeco Help pic.twitter.com/gWPQ1Nu25N

For its part, Sears responded through the same social network that followed up any questions and situations it had. However, the young man’s news sparked a number of complaints from other people about the company and other online stores in question.
Good thing they solved you. You were lucky that it went viral. I’m still struggling to get my money back. @ML_Mexico I steal for no reason … @Profeco he hit me, I just have @CondusefMX but they hide that it is not “bank”. pic.twitter.com/BV50PqYflC

Today, September 8, the man used the social network again to announce that the company had contacted him to tell him they could send him the equipment or pick it up at the store. Finally he looked for her and already had her ready for delivery.
Update: Today I was contacted by Sears to let me know that they have already been working on fixing my issue. They told me they could send it to me or I could pick it up at the branch. I went and they already had it ready for delivery. Thank you all for helping me resolve this situation.
