OKEx announced a $ 10 million investment in projects across the Internet computing ecosystem. This was reported to Cointelegraph in Spanish through a statement.
In this regard, they stated that OKEx’s newly formed investment arm, Blockdream Ventures, was being used.
“The creators of Internet Computer, the DFINITY Foundation, describe the project as a decentralized version or extension of the public Internet,” they said in the statement.
“Aimed at developers and entrepreneurs, website and software developers, the project features blockchain technology that runs at the speed of the web, efficient data processing and storage, and high security,” they added.
Likewise, OKEx announced the addition of ICP, a native crypto asset for Internet computers, to its commercial spot markets. ICP trading should begin on May 10th at 16:00 UTC.
Trading is now available at OKEx for the $ ICP / $ USDT and $ ICP / $ BTC pairs.
“OKEx is the only exchange with the real token for trading (trading volume),” they concluded in the statement.
