SEOUL, Sep. 24 (Reuters / EP) –

Several South Korean deputies have reported Tuesday that talks about the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula between the United States and North Korea could take place in two or three weeks.

Deputies have indicated that the fourth summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump could be held this year if negotiations progress.

Kim could also visit China to meet with the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, before having a meeting with Trump, as deputies have told several journalists after being informed by the National Intelligence Service.
