Mexico records a new record of coronavirus cases with more than 9,500 in one day

Mexico registered a new record of coronavirus cases in one day this Saturday, accounting for more than 9,500 infections, for a total of 434,193 in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health, 47,472 people have been killed in the pandemic in the country, an increase of 784 deaths compared to Friday’s.

Mexican director of epidemiology, José Luis Alomía, has reported that a total of 284,847 patients have recovered after passing COVID-19.

Regarding hospital employment, he reported that there are 30,712 general beds for the treatment of the disease across the country, of which 16,852 are available and 13,860 are occupied, so the employment is estimated at 45 percent.
