Mexico broke the barrier of 360,000 confirmed coronavirus cases on Wednesday after registering more than 6,000 new ones in the past 24 hours.
According to the balance offered by the Mexican health authorities, the country has confirmed 6,019 new infections with COVID-19, so that the worldwide number has risen to 362,274 positives.
With regard to deaths, the Department of Health reported an increase of 790, so 41,190 people died from the disease in the North American country.
Regarding hospital employment, Mexican health authorities have indicated that 16,245 general hospital beds are free while 14,267 are occupied.
There are 6,401 beds in intensive care units or those that have a mechanical ventilator and 3,883 are occupied.
