Mexico borders 68,000 deaths from COVID-19 after confirming more than 200 new deaths in the past 24 hours. This is evident from the balance offered by the country’s health authorities.
In particular, the Director General of Epidemiology in Mexico, José Luis Alomía, has reported that 67,781 deaths have been recorded so far, 223 more than the previous day.
As for the number of cases, the North American country verified 3,486 this Monday, so the global balance is already 637,509 positive.
As the local newspaper ‘El Universal’ reports, 78,213 people are suspected of suffering from COVID-19 in Mexico, while 446,715 have recovered.
