In this spirit, Maduro welcomed the Norwegian delegation, which brokered on previous occasions in the Venezuelan crisis, and confirmed its intention to continue the process and to work for “dialogue, democracy and freedom”. “We will continue everything that was discussed there.”
Hours earlier, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said the Venezuelan government was ready to start a dialogue with the opposition.
