Prime Minister Xavier Bettel has said that the reopening of cafes and restaurants will take place with security measures in mind, including the social distance of one and a half meters, as reported in the Letzebuerger Journal.

So he explained that each table can have a maximum of four people, adding that if the distance cannot be guaranteed to avoid contact between customers, the shops will need to install partitions.

Bettel added that weddings and funerals can count more than 20 people as of Friday if the rules for social detachment and hygiene are observed, which also affects cultural and sporting events.
