Iran registers more than 200 coronavirus deaths and exceeds the threshold of 13,000 deaths

The Iranian government confirmed on Monday that the country had registered more than 200 coronavirus deaths on the last day, exceeding the threshold of 13,000 deaths since the pandemic started.

Iran’s Ministry of Health spokeswoman Sima Sadat Lari has detailed that 2,349 cases and 203 deaths have been confirmed in the last 24 hours, a total of 259,652 and 13,032 respectively.
