India thanks frontline professionals. The Asian Air Force dropped petals on one of its helicopters to thank the police for their work during the health emergency caused by Covid-19.

To India todayAn airplane filled the Police War Memorial in New Delhi with petals to pay tribute to the officials who are currently maintaining law and order in the country.

Similarly, planes flew over several state capitals such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Guwahati, Patna, Lucknow, Srinagar, Chandigarh and welcomed health professionals.

These initiatives were accompanied by appearances by military gangs in the country’s main hospitals and lights on warships.

The actions were part of the Indian Armed Forces’ national exercise to demonstrate the support of front-line workers fighting the coronavirus.
