IE University launched Building Resilience , an initiative that will offer the possibility of receiving open online training worldwide in response to the health emergency by COVID-19 . Online courses, webinars, lecture series, articles, expert videos and multimedia materials can be accessed from its website to understand the world we are going to live in after the pandemic.
Through this initiative, the institution will give access to 36 online courses designed by IE University and published in Coursera, in the areas of technology, marketing, branding, customer experience or legaltech .
“Our objective is to promote the generation and dissemination of knowledge at a critical moment in which access to education has been difficult, with more than 3,000 million people confined without leaving home. The COVID-19 pandemic poses an unprecedented challenge for education that affects more than 1,200 million students and that has a direct impact on the business community, “says Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, executive president of IE University, in a statement.
Among the upcoming events planned in Building Resilience, experts from around the world will participate from April 1 to 3 in the Virtual Summit Paving the road to recovery to address issues such as the response of governments to the global health crisis, leadership in complex times , the digital transformation before COVID-19, the keys to economic recovery, the redefinition of talent or the new capitalism.
Building Resilience also includes information on entrepreneurial projects by IE University students, alumni and professors who contribute their talents and ideas to combat the COVID-19 crisis.
