According to the newspapers Le Soir and La Libre, which cite their own sources, the president who was supposed to hand the witness over to his dolphin, General Evariste Ndayishimiye, winner of the recent presidential election, was admitted to hospital on August next Saturday night in Karusi, a city in the east of the country, and his condition is “serious”.
