Homework coworking announced the first Homework Scholarship: Boosting Free Communities , an initiative that seeks to support all those who have lost their jobs and are looking to start their own business.
In collaboration with the Association of s of Mexico (ASEM) and POSSIBLE , the scholarship consists of three months of membership for 20 people, for each of the two phases into which it is divided into the two Homework residences: Tabacalera and Chapultepec .
The total value of the 40 scholarships is more than 600 thousand pesos, in addition to 60 hours of “one on one” mentoring of Homework's allies, workshops in conjunction with the POSSIBLE community and preferential access to workshops, conferences and national tours of the ASEM.
“We have a huge responsibility with our country and we believe that each company or person must do what is in their hands to support each other, and this scholarship represents our grain of sand to build a better country,” said Manuel Del Valle, founder of Homework through a statement.
The call for the Homework Scholarship: Promoting Free Communities is open from January 15 to February 5. There is no age limit as a requirement; however, applicants must be unemployed and be in the process of forming their own company.
