Guaidó’s advisors resign and admitted hiring Operation Gideon to overthrow Maduro

The two political advisors to Venezuela’s self-proclaimed “responsible president”, Juan Guaidó, who admitted to having hired US company Silvercorp to launch “Operation Gideon” and overthrow Nicolás Maduro’s government, resigned this Monday.

“Political strategist Juan José Rendón and deputy Sergio Vergara have each submitted their resignation letters to positions in the legitimate government before President (manager) Juan Guaidó,” reported the National Communication Center, which serves as the office of the Guaidó press.

The opposition leader has accepted the resignation of the two and expressed his appreciation for “their commitment and commitment to Venezuela”, as stated by the National Communication Center.
