The General Secretary of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, received the visit of the Algerian President Abdelmayid Tebune this Wednesday to speak at the military hospital of Algiers, where he will be admitted after his evacuation at dawn from Spain after the recovery of a critical picture of COVID-19.
The Sahrawi ambassador to Algiers, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, has confirmed to the official Algerian agency APS that Ghali had arrived in the North African country around 3:00 a.m. (local time). He said his condition was “constantly” improving, but that he would continue to recover for the time being.
Ghali remains admitted to the central hospital of the army of Ain El Naaja, where this Wednesday in front of the cameras he received a visit from Tebune and the chief of staff of the National People’s Army of Algeria, Said Chanegriha, with whom the leader of the Polisario exchanged a few words. These are his first pictures since he was brought to Spain in mid-April and hospitalized in Logroño.
