Germany registers 378 new cases of COVID-19 and remains stable with six deaths in daily deaths

The German authorities reported 378 more cases of coronavirus this Saturday and six more deaths in the past 24 hours due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus. This is evident from the updated balance sheet of the Robert Koch Institute, which is responsible for the control and monitoring of infectious diseases in the country.

This balance means a drop in cases compared to 395 on Friday, while the deceased are the same every day. After around 300 recoveries on the last day, a total of 184,000 people were cured of the disease.

Germany registered a total of 198,556 positive results for the virus that arose in the Chinese city of Wuhan in 2019 and 9,060 deaths.

Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg remain the three countries with the highest number of cases and deaths. Bavaria registered 49,184 infections and 2,612 deaths, North Rhine-Westphalia confirmed 44,788 cases and 1,704 deaths, and Baden-Württemberg confirmed 36,041 cases and 1,837 deaths
