Germany breaks its record with more than 11,200 new cases of coronavirus in one day, adding 30 deaths

The new coronavirus pandemic originating in the Chinese city of Wuhan has left 11,287 new cases in Germany and caused 30 deaths in the past 24 hours. This represents a new record of infections in a day, beating the previous maximum by more than 3,000 positive results. According to the balance sheet published on Thursday by the Robert Koch Institute, the federal agency responsible for monitoring infectious diseases.
