France reports 31 coronavirus deaths on the eve of its transition to phase 2

The French government’s Health Directorate-General has reported 31 coronavirus hospital deaths in the last 24 hours, of which 28,833 have been fatal to the pandemic in the country, a figure known the previous day The country is entering phase 2 Restrictions.
