In a statement, the French Ministry of Health indicated that “transmission dynamics” remained worrying in the country, which has recorded 16 deaths since Monday, bringing the total to 30,544 deaths.
This means that the threshold of 4,000 infections has been exceeded in the last few days. 1,955 new cases were discovered on Monday.
