The Ministry of Health said in a statement that 9,843 cases have been confirmed in the past 24 hours, surpassing the September 4 high of 8,975. That number also comes a day after the country recorded the second highest daily caseload at 8,577.
In this way, the total number of cases exceeds the limit of 350,000 and reaches 353,854, while the death toll rises to 30,813, with 19 in the last 24 hours.
