The Competitiveness Center of Mexico (CCMX), an innovative initiative of the Mexican Business Council (CMN) that promotes the development and growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, has started the virtual meeting CREO MX 2020.
This year, the aim of CREO MX is to promote strategic alliances between large companies and small, small and medium-sized companies in order to contribute to economic reactivation and to provide support with financing, training, adaptation and monitoring of new technologies, advice and others Advantages to better cope with the current situation resulting from the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic.
This year has had a huge impact on this sector as a survey conducted by the CCMX in April 2020 found 91% of SMEs suffered a decline in income during this pandemic, and 69% faced liquidity issues and 47% had to lay off workers, hence the importance the work this organization is doing with the second edition of CREO MX.
The CREO MX 2020 edition can be followed virtually from November 24th to 26th via the platform http://creomx.com/. There participants have free access to: 1) Training and advice on the tools necessary for reactivating, developing and growing a company; 2) financing alternatives to support an SME or company; 3) Obtain the necessary elements to digitize a company. 4) transforming an SME into a supplier to large companies; 5) Network and forge strategic alliances to expand business opportunities.
Presenting the initiative by Juan Carlos Ostolaza, General Director of CCMX, he emphasized that the realization of CREO MX Virtual 2020 is crucial in this context, as “it will create a unique space where Mexican business people and entrepreneurs can find new business opportunities for their consolidation and growth, but also the interaction between the actors of the business sector of the country will be facilitated in an environment of innovation to encourage the growth of SMEs, and appropriate tools will be made available to achieve the reinvention of your company stands before the new reality ”.
In this case where Itzel Villa Salinas, POSIBLE México coordinator; Juana Ramírez, President of the Board of Directors of the Association of s of Mexico (ASEM); and Salvador Villalobos, Executive President of the Communications Council, emphasized the importance of an event like CREO MX, as SMEs and entrepreneurs are the engine of our economy and today, more than ever, Mexico needs to work together to support and increase reactivation.
CREO MX Virtual 2020 is a collaboration sponsored by CCMX in collaboration with ASEM, Posible México, the Communication Council, Coppel, the Association of Chambers of Industry (CONCAMIN), E-Show México, Gentera, Brivé, Apolo 25, the Wadhwani Foundation and Startup Lab.mx .
Registration for CREO MX Virtual 2020 is open until November 23. SMEs and entrepreneurs can participate at any stage of development anywhere in the Mexican Republic.
