Eleven people imprisoned in an operation against a network of sexual abuse of minors in Germany

The Münster police have reported the arrest of eleven people during an operation against a network of sexual abuse that identified three victims.

The main suspect is a 27 year old computer scientist. Her mother and men from Staufenberg, Hanover, Schorfheide, Kassel and Cologne were also arrested.

According to the Münster police, seven prisoners – six men and one woman – have already been ordered to go to prison, which, according to the ARD, warns that the network is operated at national level.

The agents seized the data contained in encrypted computer media using a very complex algorithm, explained the head of the criminal investigation by the Münster police, Joachim Poll. In fact, not all content has been accessed yet.
